How Long Will It Take To Get My Prints.

This is dependant on the service you have chosen, if you have chosen "Rush Service" your print will be the next to come out of the printer and if it is a photographic print will be shipped the same day, if it is a canvas print, depending on the ordering time, it will ship by 10am the following day.

Why Does It Look Like My Image Has Been Cropped.

Understanding your camera and the aspect ratio of your sensor is very important.  The majority of DSLR (Digital Single Lens Reflex) cameras have an aspect ratio of 2:3 where the majority of compact digital cameras have an aspect ratio of 4:3.  A problem occurs when you order a 16" x 24" canvas (2:3 ratio) when the photo has been taken on a 4:3 ratio camera.  Cropping has to occur, unless previously instructed cropping will occur from optical centre.  Please ensure that you have cropped and sized your images correctly to avoid disappointment.

Can You Adjust My Images For Me?

Yes we can adjust your images. We have many years of industry experience and can adjust your images for you. Make sure you select the "Image Adjustment" option and provide a description of what adjustments you require with your order.

I Am A Professional And Want A Discount.

Not a problem at all.  Please email us your business details such as your name, address and ABN.  If you can, provide us with an estimate of your printing volume so we can set you up on a discount band that will help you and your business.  The more you print the bigger the discount.

How Big Can My Photo Be Printed?

We can print up to 44" (112 cm) wide with most rolls being 12m (canvas) or 30m (photo paper) long. There is always the issue of image quality.  If you are unsure whether your photo is of the quality to go to the required size place the order and make a note of it in the check out and if we think that there will be a problem we will let you know before we print it.

What File Formats Can I Send?

You can upload any file format through our website although we recommend .jpg, flattened .psd and flattened .tiff files.

How Do I Prepare My Files For Upload.

Naming your Files: Please ensure that you name your files correctly to avoid any delay in the ordering process.  Files should be named with the size first in inches eg. 20x30, followed by the type of print eg. Canvas or Photo, then your surname eg. Smith.  For a 20x30 inch canvas print the file name should look like this.  20x30canvasSmith.jpg (or .tiff, .psd etc).  It is of the upmost importance that all Tiff and Photoshop files have been completely flattened.  We are not responsibly for layers that are mistakenly turned off which effect the final out put of the file.
